Connect Linework tool
Used to merge a network of connected linework into one element by using a fence. The connected linework could be any number of contiguous linear elements that share common endpoints in a consecutive manner.
Note: This command is influenced by the Consider Z setting in the Preferences. If the Consider Z setting is not enabled, all connected elements will be placed at elevation 0. Elements will be considered connected if their X and Y vertices are the same, but possibly not their Z values. Meaning they appear connected if viewed from the top view but disconnected if viewed from the side.
If the Consider Z setting is enabled then elements must be share endpoints exactly in order to be connected.
